Planning Commission votes 5-1 for new medical center
CIA stands up for work in San Francisco
Members of Carpenters In Action turned out in force last month at San Francisco City Hall to show our support for the California Pacific Medical Center. This $2.5 billion construction project, which includes building a new 555-bed hospital on Cathedral Hill, won approval from the Planning Commission on a 5–1 vote. Project approval now moves to the Board of Supervisors, and you can be sure the Carpenters In Action will be there, standing up for jobs!
