2211 Harold Way Mixed-Use Project PLA:
18 stories in height, containing 302 dwelling units, approximately 10,877 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, a ten-theater cinema complex (approximately 641 seats), and 177 underground parking spaces, located in Downtown Berkeley.
The decision to move forward on the Berkeley Plaza will be decided on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 6:00pm in the Berkeley Zoning Adjustment Board Meeting. Since this project will be under a PLA, we need members to attend this important meeting, especially Berkeley residents. If you have Carpenter related clothing or a CIA hat, please wear that as well to show our uniform support for this development.
